Providing peace of mind for family and residents
At Bramley Court, nothing fills us with more joy than hearing that we have given a family their peace of mind back, knowing their loved one is happy and safe in our care. In order to do this, we listen attentively to our residents and their family members in our annual survey. Their feedback is deeply valued by our whole team and used to continuously improve our service.

Compassionate, personalised care
Our skilled our caring team receives on-going training and support so they can provide the quality, compassionate care that residents deserve. We were delighted to hear that 100% of residents feel staff know their needs and preferences well, with one resident telling us: “The staff are always friendly and listen to us.” 97% of families agree that our team is capable of providing the care residents need, while 100% of residents told us they feel safe and are happy living here.
Kindness, dignity and respect
All family members agreed that residents are treated with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect, while 100% of residents said they would recommend Bramley Court to a friend. One family member told us: “As a family, we are very happy and reassured that mum is now in a safe and happy environment. Thank you all for your kindness and care.”
A happy home
Our lively community sees residents enjoy bespoke lifestyle choices that encourage friendships and connections, which 100% of residents and their families agreed makes our home a happy place. One family member commented, “The team helped mum feel part of the Bramley family and regain her confidence, she has really thrived with a range of activities…that stimulation has made an amazing difference, thank you!”
Safety during Covid-19
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been our number one priority to keep our residents safe and their families regularly updated, so we are delighted that 100% of both families and residents agreed that team members have done all they can to keep residents safe during this time.
100% of residents said that staff have supported them to maintain relationships with family and friends via various means of communication. One family member told us: “During this pandemic, the team has gone over and above to keep everyone safe, happy, and entertained.”
