We believe that understanding how we are doing, means listening, reflecting, and hearing your views. Each year, we run a survey with our residents and families to hear directly from them: what we are getting right, and where there is room to grow. This allows us to keep improving and innovating, so we can continue delivering the highest standards of care our residents deserve. We are pleased to share the findings from our latest 2025/26 survey.
What Our Families Say
Families were overwhelmingly positive in our latest survey, with every relative saying they would recommend Bramley Court to a friend and 10 out of 10 agreeing the home feels like a happy place to live. Every family respondent confirmed the team knows their relative’s needs and preferences, and 97% rated the food as good quality with plenty of choice.
Families expressed real confidence and gratitude in the care their loved ones receive, with one noting, “Bramley deserves their outstanding rating, my relative has complex needs and these are met with compassion and expertise.” Another told us, “The whole atmosphere is of a caring, supportive and friendly home environment. Family are made to feel very welcome and supported,” while a third shared, “I am very happy with the care that my mum receives at Bramley Court. I am grateful for the communication and consultation I receive regarding her care.”
These results reflect our dedication to create a home where families feel not just reassured, but part of their loved one’s life.
What Our Residents Say
The feedback from residents in our latest survey at Bramley Court paints a picture of a happy, warm and caring home. Every respondent told us they are happy with the care and support they receive, 100% feel safe living at Bramley Court, and said the home has a real family feel.
10 out of 10 residents said they are supported to maintain their independence and that the team is always available when they need them, with 100% of residents saying they would recommend the home. Residents described Bramley Court in their own words, telling us “the staff are kind to me” and that it is “nice, warm and comfortable”, simple but powerful reflections of our Bramley Family ethos where people feel settled and cared for.
