Bramley Court crowned Care Team of the Year 2019

Bramley Court wins prestigious award at the National Finals of the Great British Care Awards.

Members of the team attended the gala event on 8th March and received their trophy from TV presenter, Alison Hammond, in front over 900 invited guests.

The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals and teams who have demonstrated outstanding excellence in their field of work.

The team won the Care Home Team Award for demonstrating exceptional person-centred care. Notably, empowering residents by focussing on individual needs and involving families and the wider community to develop a vibrant community with choice and diversity for all.
