Fall back in love with your career this Valentine’s Day

Fall back in love with your career this Valentine’s Day. It’s all about the right relationship!

We focus on red roses, chocolates, and gifts on Valentine’s Day. But how about focusing on loving our jobs? We spend a third of our lives at work, so it’s worth dedicating the time to finding something you love.

Start by asking yourself the right questions and try to answer them honestly:
• What type of nature and personality do you have?
• What gives you joy and keeps you motivated?
• Do you like working alongside others?
• How much time do you have?

If you have a kind nature, and a passion for helping people, and would be motivated by making a difference, not only to your own life, but someone else’s too, we might have a job you will love!

How about considering the Care sector that often offers flexible days and hours, and for many roles, you don’t need any previous care experience! You will be spending your time between working amongst like-minded people who share your passion for making a difference.

For me, there is no better feeling than making a difference in people’s lives each and every day. Making our residents smile, feel supported, and cared for is so rewarding. I had never been in care before, and being part of this has been the best thing I ever did.” Craig Horner – Bramley Court’s Administrator
